High Pines Group is a develop, design and build company founded in 2003 by
David and Lisa Africano. We are located in the quaint and picturesque town
of Boulder Junction Wisconsin. It is here amid the towering pines and
shimmering lakes that we derive the inspiration for our Distinctive
Lakeshore Properties.
We currently operate in a full service mode. We select and purchase our
building sites, drive the exterior design of our homes and provide all
design decisions thereafter, including all interior and landscape design.
Our current and upcoming projects are each being built on "spec" and
available as they are completely finished. These homes are each available in
a complete turn key mode if desired. This would always include new and/or
recently purchased furniture in our inventory from Ralph Lauren, Old
Hickory, Bernhardt etc. and all new beautiful bed and bath furnishings and
any other items an owner would desire.
We are available on a limited basis as design consultants to any ambitious
new construction and/or restoration projects, acting as a conduit between
owner and architect and/or owner and contractor...
Our bios are as follows:
Lisa Africano, former professional model and procurer of all things
beautiful. Greatest asset to a project is her kitchen and bath design.
Strong in placement of all design and detail pieces. Can turn a house into a
home.
David Africano, former professional hairdresser working with the late Paul
Glick in Chicago and Aveda founder Horst Rechelbacher in Minneapolis.
Greatest asset to a project is his feel for proportion, texture and color.
Strong in selection of surfaces, materials and architectural accessories.
